Gather & Nourish
Presented in partnership with Lorna Ligon, health and wellness educator. In this hands-on cooking class, participants will be creating a Golden Harvest Bowl using seasonal ingredients like sweet potatoes, beets, leafy greens, and apples, incorporating legumes and whole grains for plant-based protein, and learning how to build flavor with a lemon-tahini dressing.
Please note that the registration fee covers the third of three classes and registration for each class in the series is separate.
