Beef Quality Assurance Training

Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) is a national program that focuses on proper management techniques.

Session 1: BQA Guidelines on Monday, October 21st 5-7 pm at 715 Cabarrus Ave West Concord NC

Session 2: Chuteside Training on Monday, October 28th 5-7 pm at 3128 Sapp Rd Concord, NC

Must attend both days to obtain certification. BQA class registration is $5 per participant.

BQA Certification fee is an additional $15 if you are a member of NCCA, if not, the fee is $40 to include yearly membership. Fees will be collected on-site (please bring cash or check).
