I get a error message: The following errors occurred: Your session has expired. Solution: scroll up to the blue banner at the top. There will be a "LOGIN/CREATE ACCOUNT" tab. Click there to set up your account or login. You should then be able to add things to your cart.
The site is not loading: It does this sometime. The easiest way to fix it is to logout of REC1, refresh your browser screen and then log back in. Sometimes you will need to restart your computer.
I have a "PAST DUE" on my account and I cannot register. The site won't let you register for upcoming classes if you have a balance due. Our staff can help in individual situations that the past due is for an upcoming trip or is otherwise unavoidable. Please contact us.
I want to register someone that is not in my family. It is best to have each family start their own profile, but you can add individuals to your own family with their own individual contact information to register (and pay for) your friend to attend a class.
