Job Description Gives leadership to the overall county Extension program. Supervises county staff members and oversees functions of county department. Organizes and implement county wide activities integrating 4-H, Family & Consumer Sciences, and Agriculture. Gives administrative support to the Cabarrus County 4-H Foundation. Gives leadership to Cabarrus County Youth Commission in partnership with the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners.
