Horticulture - Topics include pollinators, soil testing, collecting soil samples, plant & pest identification.

Livestock - Topics include working cattle*, meat part identification, species anatomy*, Breed ID*, biosecurity risks and measures, feed options.

Field Crops - Topics include pesticide use, Feed options and ID, Land Use management

Food & Nutrition - Topics include meal preparation, healthy choices, nutrition education, food preservation, safe food handling.

Leadership or Personal Development - Topics may include teambuilding, communication, conflict management, conversation facilitation, strategic planning facilitation.

Environment Studies - Topics may include pollution, recycling, habitats, animal population control, invasive species.

Creative Arts - Topics may include basketweaving, sewing, crocheting, painting or other crafts.  Availability based upon volunteer interest and availability.  Generally not taught by Extension Staff, but by associated volunteers.
