Let’s get to digging in the Dirt!

We will be exploring the fall growing season and how all youth can grow something. Indoors or out, soil or hydroponics, annual or perennials, there is so much to explore! There is no cost for this class, but supplies are needed.

Meets Virtually every Friday at 10 a.m. starting September 18. Club members and first frost will determine length of club.

While nothing is required, it is always fun to be able to grow something. This would take some dirt and something to put it in. We will have a different topic to explore each week. Youth will be able to participate as they can using items from home or what they are willing to get on a normal trip to the store*. Must have a willingness to explore dirt, plants, and possibly bugs!

Register at nc.4HOnline.com

No experience or prior knowledge necessary. We will all learn together and the club will be directed to meet the needs of the youth involved.

*Some materials may be available for loan from your local 4-H office. Contact tracy_lecompte@ncsu.edu for more information.
