Join Us for these Educational Programs!

*A six-week series of “MED instead of Meds” for better health will be offered Wednesdays, April 13-Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 11:30-1 p.m. at N.C. Cooperative Extension, Cabarrus County Center, 715 Cabarrus Avenue West, Concord, NC 28027. Eating the MED way is healthy, delicious, and satisfying! Eating the Med Way is recommended by doctors and health care professionals and has been shown to promote health an decrease the risk for many chronic diseases. Sessions will include food tastings of Med recipes, handouts of recipes to try at home, and research-based curriculum.

Cost is $18.00 for the 6-week series.
